1. Agreement to These Terms
By accessing or using the Process Triage Facilitator Portal at https://facilitator-portal.theprocessfixer.com/ and its associated tools (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and "you" refers to that organisation.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
The Service is operated by The Process Fixer, based in Arizona, USA ("we," "us," or "our"). Questions about these Terms may be directed to support@theprocessfixer.com.
2. Description of the Service
Process Triage is a workflow tool that enables organisations to collect, triage, and analyse operational pain points submitted by their employees or members. The Service includes the following components:
| Component | Description |
|---|---|
| Public submission flow | Employees submit pain points using a company-specific access code, without requiring a personal account |
| ADTE triage | An AI-assisted framework (Analyse, Design, Train, Enforce) that categorises submissions and suggests remedies |
| Blame detection | An AI-assisted step that identifies whether a pain point is attributable to a process, system, or people issue |
| Admin dashboard | A restricted interface for authorised administrators to review submissions, run analysis, and generate reports |
| Reports | Plain-text and summary reports generated from submission data for use in facilitation and decision-making |
| Lucid extension | An optional extension that embeds the facilitator portal within Lucidchart and Lucidspark boards |
3. Eligibility and Access
3.1 Organisational access codes. Access to the public submission flow is granted via a company-specific access code issued by an administrator. You must only use an access code that has been provided to you by your organisation. Sharing access codes outside your organisation is prohibited.
3.2 Administrator accounts. Administrative access requires authentication via Manus OAuth. Email addresses associated with the @theprocessfixer.com domain are automatically granted administrator privileges. All other accounts are granted standard user access unless explicitly elevated by an existing administrator.
3.3 Age requirement. You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. The Submission Flow
4.1 Seven-step process. The public submission flow guides submitters through a structured seven-step process covering pain point description, frequency, pain level (rated 0–10), affected parties, ADTE triage questions, and blame detection. Completion of all steps is required to submit a pain point.
4.2 Anonymous submissions. The submission flow does not require a personal account or name. Submissions are linked to the company record associated with the access code, not to an individual identity, unless you voluntarily include identifying information in your submission text.
4.3 AI-assisted triage. During the submission flow, your responses are processed by an AI language model to generate ADTE remedy suggestions and a blame attribution. This output is informational only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind. See Section 10 for the full disclaimer.
4.4 Accuracy of submissions. You are responsible for ensuring that your submissions are truthful, accurate, and relate to genuine operational pain points within your organisation. Submissions that are false, fabricated, or intended to harm a specific individual are a violation of these Terms and may result in access being revoked.
5. The Admin Dashboard
5.1 Access. The admin dashboard is accessible only to authenticated administrators. Administrators may view all submissions associated with their company account, run analysis, review ADTE outputs, and download reports.
5.2 Company management. Administrators may create and manage company records, generate access codes, and control which companies are active within the Service.
5.3 Reports. Reports generated through the Service are intended for internal organisational use. Administrators are responsible for ensuring that reports are handled in accordance with their organisation's internal policies and applicable employment law.
5.4 Administrator responsibilities. Administrators are responsible for:
- Distributing access codes only to authorised individuals within their organisation;
- Reviewing submissions in accordance with applicable HR and employment law;
- Notifying us promptly at support@theprocessfixer.com if they become aware of any unauthorised access to their account or company data;
- Ensuring their organisation's use of the Service does not violate any applicable law.
6. The Lucid Extension
6.1 Scope. The Lucid extension is an optional add-on that embeds the Process Triage facilitator portal within Lucidchart and Lucidspark boards. It is distributed as a ZIP package for installation on individual Lucid accounts.
6.2 Individual installation. Each facilitator must install the extension on their own Lucid account. The extension is not published to the Lucid marketplace and is not a managed organisational deployment.
6.3 Third-party platform. Use of the Lucid extension is subject to the terms of service and privacy policy of Lucid Software Inc. We are not affiliated with Lucid Software and are not responsible for any changes Lucid makes to its platform that affect the extension's functionality.
6.4 Licence. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Lucid extension solely in connection with the Service. You must not redistribute, resell, or modify the extension.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of submitting and managing legitimate operational pain points within your organisation. You must not:

- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorised to access;
